A  This is a web service where you can watch demonstration videos of Ikebana lessons.
No matter when you subscribe, you'll have access to all the content under "anytime SOGETSU," including past videos.

Q. What payment methods are available?

Q , Do I need to create an account to watch "anytime SOGETSU"?

A. Yes, account registration is required to start using the service.
You'll need to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address for account registration.

Q. Can I download the videos for viewing??

A. Downloading is not supported.
Please watch via streaming with an internet connection.
You can watch the video(s) as many times as you like for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Q. Currently, there are over 150 unlimited-viewing videos. Videos will be added or replaced gradually over time.

A.  More than 100 videos are available for unlimited viewing at the start of the service.
New videos will be added one after another.

Q . Do the videos continue to increase?

A Videos will continue to be added. However, after a certain period, videos will be removed from the list.

Q Who conducts the demonstrations?

A Master Instructors of the Sogetsu Headquarters give the demonstrations.

Q Can I watch on a smartphone?

A. Yes, you can. Additionally, you can watch on other devices such as computers and tablets.

Q Can I watch from outside Japan?

A Yes, you can watch from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.

Q What is streaming?

A Streaming is a method where video data is received and played back in real-time.
This means you can watch videos without downloading all the data first, allowing you to view the content without waiting for the download to complete.

Q What measures do you take for personal information protection?

A We have established a basic policy on personal information protection, known as our "Privacy Policy," and we manage our customers' personal information appropriately.

Q . Can I pause the video while watching?

A Yes, you can.
In addition to pausing, you can also skip to specific parts you want to see.

Q. The "Order Status" in your order history still shows as "Not watched."

A This is due to system constraints, but please rest assured that it doesn't affect your video viewing in any way.
